Welcome to HUES . By accessing, browsing, or using our website ("Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Site.
Use of Site
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of HUES and protected by international copyright laws. All software used on this Site is the property of HUES or its software suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on this Site, please provide the following information to HUES:

Termination
HUES may, without prior notice, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and HUES shall revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations of the parties arising before the date of termination.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and the products sold on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HUES does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUES will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site.
Order Acceptance
HUES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its discretion. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Transfer of Title
Title to the products in your order passes to you when the products leave our warehouse and are delivered to the carrier for shipment to an address designated by you. All liabilities and risks to the products will also be transferred to you at that time.
Pricing in Different Currencies
Pricing of products sold by HUES is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most up-to-date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-U.S. denominations may not be the most current.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration body.
Links
The Site may contain links to other websites that are not operated by HUES. HUES is not responsible for the content or operation of any linked site.
Remedies
You agree that HUES’s remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that HUES shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that HUES may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.
No right or remedy of HUES shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.
No instance of waiver by HUES of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, HUES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
