Who is responsible for paying the tariff?

A tariff is a tax levied by a national government on imported goods and services. This fee is charged to customers purchasing items from abroad.

If you purchased tariff insurance from HUES, please contact customer service with your tax receipt as soon as you receive the package to apply for compensation (note: we only cover the tariff portion due to varying customs requirements in different countries). If you did not buy tariff insurance, you are responsible for all taxes and fees, as they are not included in our prices.
